It’s coming. The Fall Rummage Sale is scheduled for November 8th and 9th. Yes, it is a week later than usual. We are going to take advantage of election day since the church is a voting poll. We will need help after the service on November 6th moving items from the stage to Hazel Calkins Hall. Set up is Monday, November 7th, 9:00 am till 6:00 pm. Workers are needed throughout the day on Tuesday, the 8th, for organizing, pricing and being chatty with folks. The sale starts at 7:00 am and ends with the polls closing at 8:00 pm. WE NEED YOUR HELP TO STAFF. Wednesday, the 9th, sale is from 8:00 – 11:00 am. HELP NEEDED AFTER TO CLEAN UP, PACK UP AND TAKE remaining goods to St. Vinnie’s and Good Will. WOMEN IN ACTION heeded the call and responded to the Midwest Mission Distribution Center plea for flood buckets. They sent $200.00 to the Center so they could immediately purchase the items needed for the buckets.
The Pie and Ice Cream donations for Fall Fest was over $390.00 to be used for Flood Buckets also. The MidWest Mission Distribution Center will be happy for this additional donation for supplies.
