The chancel choir is a vocal choir which rehearses each Wednesday evening from 7:00 – 8:00 PM in the Charles Wesley music room. The director is Patricia “Pat” Laabs, a well-trained and caring leader. The choir sings three out of four Sundays each month from September through May. The director chooses music which fits with the worship themes for each Sunday and uses a blend of traditional and contemporary music. For more information about Chancel Choir, email the church office or call 715-344-3557.
This choir primarily sings contemporary music accompanied by piano, guitar, and percussion. N’Joy rehearses each Thursday night from 7:30 to 8:30 PM. The group sings once a month.
For more information about N’Joy, email director Yvonne Chojnacki or call her at the church office 715-344-3557.
This children’s choir is for ages 4 and above. Children sing a variety of music; learn to play the handbells, chimes and other musical instruments. The Children’s Choir practices on Wednesday nights at 6:00 – 6:30 pm during the school year. If your child(ren) would like to participate, please contact the church office at 715-344-3557.
St.Paul’s is fortunate to have over five octaves of hand bells, given as memorials and living memorials by members of the congregation.
The Touch of Brass, which has been ringing since 1985, ideally has 13 members, as that is the number required to cover the five octaves. We would welcome a few more experienced ringers from the congregation or the community. Rehearsal is from 5:30 to 7:00 on Sunday evenings. The Touch of Brass rings during a church service once a month. For more information, contact Bell Choir Director Caryn Hurst through the church office at 715-344-3557 or 715-592-4478.
