Waffle Church

Waffle Church is not currently meeting. Please join us for our in-person worship at 8:30 a.m. and our in-person and online worship at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays. See our homepage for connection information.

The first Sunday of the Month at 9:30 am, we now offer a new type of Casual Sunday Service called Waffle Church!  It is held in Fellowship Hall, which is right across the Gathering Area from our Sanctuary.

Waffle Church is an inter-generational and engaging worship service for all ages… and, yes, there are waffles to eat!

We sit at round tables of 6 – 8 people.  There is some singing and a spiritual message.  Sometimes there are other activities to do as well.

Then because it is the 1st Sunday of the Month, it is also Communion Sunday.  communion-at-waffle-churchWe all stand around the Communion Table in a large circle to take Communion.

When done with Communion we extend the table where we share in fellowship while we eat our waffles. We end our time together with a song and a closing prayer.

The service is usually about 1 hour long.

So if you want to experience a new type of casual Sunday Service, give Waffle Church a try, you won’t regret it!
